At Fender IT, we unite 10+ years of real senior management manufacturing experience with a mastery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Our founder, Tye Fender, led a full ERP rollout from scratch at his manufacturing job - cutting hours of manual work and creating smoother processes across the board. Together with your company, we will do a full implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, tailored to your business.

Ideally you are a small to medium business who needs fully integrated, scalable and reliable systems. You have 10-150 employees and $2M-$50M in revenue.

All of your fragmented systems will be integrated into this masterful program, starting with the tools you need to trade like Sales, Purchasing and Manufacturing.

We run on a 12 week roadmap that we will undertake together. One (or maybe more) of your employees will need to be dedicated full-time to the project to ensure it’s success.

Over the 12 week period your employee will receive the training they need at each step of the implementation journey.

We always begin with figuring out what you need and what you want. They are two very different things of course. We HAVE to get the NEEDS implemented first.

Then we can decide if the wants come at the same time as the Go-Live, or if they can wait until later after everything is running smoothly.

At the end of the period, your employee will conduct the training for the other employees and create the documentation using our Fender IT templates, as well as personalizing the screens for each user. This is very important to ensure a successful project.

We’ve been through all of this before. Business Central is huge. If you have logged into the demo version (which I highly recommend to do) and created a new company, you will notice that its completely BLANK.

That is good and bad. It’s good because we can set it up exactly how we want to for manufacturers based in Southeast Queensland. It’s bad because if you don’t know what needs to be set up, you will waste a LOT of time.

Thankfully we have our Fender IT Configuration Package which gets uploaded in week 1. This loads in all of the fundamentals that we need to make an ERP work in Australia, including customizations that are very helpful but not standard to Microsoft.

Shopify Integration

Shopify integrates straight into Business Central. It’s such an amazing tool that every manufacturer in Southeast Queensland should be using.

It's so easy to recreate your existing website in Shopify, then add an online store to it.

Custom Code Development

Did you know there is a surprisingly high amount of “IT Guys” that don’t know how to code at all?

Well, that’s not me. Over the years I’ve created countless customizations and automations for manufacturers in Southeast Queensland.

Business Central is built on a programming language called AL. The cool thing about it is that you can make your own code and upload them straight into Business Central as an extension.

What's even cooler is that I know how to code using AL.
